Our Marketing Plan is based on a building a 21st Century virtual team  (Consortium) from all parts of the industry to build a five mile demonstration model. After this, we will market franchises of the demonstration model's specifications world wide. This  will involve using Internet tools to accelerate communications amongst the consortium members, government agencies,  private investment companies and public media. All participants will be supported by our web site's interactive services. These interactive services include a library of documents, images, polling options, video conferencing and discussion services. This authority to operate will be the basis for raising private capital to build various systems. The campaign will use a variety of media to direct attention to our web site where our story can be told very effectively; bumper stickers, yard signs, postcards, posters, CD-ROM, video tape-talk shows.

SmartSkyways will supply a private on-line service to all members using our media tools such as our Telelibrary (file transfer-based site) for collaboration. The Telelibrary shares interactive connections with remote users for serving both reading and publishing. Our targets are  government agencies and businesses in the transport and travel industries that want to sponsor a system.  All participants will financially support the development of the Telelibrary site with monthly subscriber dues for various degrees of use.

GOVERNMENT AGENCIES 

A competition is always more interesting in a public vote. We will invite RTD, CIFCA, CDOT and other agencies to join us in a comparing their configuration of  a 300 state network. This will compare monorail, highways, light rail, and  conventional rail to our SmartSkyways system for technology, financing plan and management team.
