The yellow area  represents a potential Urban Renewal District that assist in the development of civic projects such as a 10,000 seat events arena, a travel center for vendors and a huge parking reservoir across from Amtrak. The red represents the one way guideway that is the western turnaround for the metro backbone. The dotted red represents future expansion to the north and South. The dashed aqua represents  a trolley loop thru connecting downtown with the travel center.
