Sandia Labs Business Park

There is much vacant ground at the entry to Sandia Labs that certainly in could be put to some good use along the metro Route. This national labs employs about 8500 in weapons research and accounts for $ billion in local economic impact. National Labs are all gearing up to commercialize their research work in civilian markets in order for labs to  grow and cause economic growth. A Business Park at this location with a mix of uses would surely be successful. A local Loop would stimulate development. The Hospital District to the west is large enough to need a small local loop over time.
