 Turnaround at the east end of 15Mile Metro Backbone Route

This local loop (figure eight) serves as both a turn around for the Metro route and a local circulator linking the two malls and new office park. It also collects and distributes Metro  traffic to eight or ten stations in the area instead of two. The development planned for this area could exceed $500 million especially as mixed use moves in.
